We provide vocational training programs such as tailoring, nursing care, jewellery making, and soap production to participants enrolled in our recovery and follow-up care programs. These participants—residing in Phase I, II, or III of our recovery homes—are vulnerable women and high-risk girls who have experienced sexual exploitation.
During their stay, they receive comprehensive, trauma-informed support that includes life skills development, vocational training, and job placement assistance. The duration of each training is flexible and adapted to the individual's learning pace and capabilities, ensuring that each participant has the opportunity to succeed.
Beyond practical skills, these vocational trainings play a vital role in building self-confidence, fostering a sense of dignity, and supporting the participants’ emotional healing. They empower women and girls to become self-reliant and financially independent, which is essential for their long-term recovery. Moreover, the skills acquired through these programs equip them to successfully reintegrate into their communities with a renewed sense of purpose and agency, reducing the risk of re-exploitation and helping them reclaim control over their futures.
